Tuesday Morning Update from camp: Heavy rains and storms hit us about 11:30 pm Monday, and the Troop came through with flying colors. No panic, and everyone is dry. Some of the guys slept right through it. Camp Comer staff has the ability to monitor for severe weather, and we had a bad-weather drill early Monday. The Scouts are trained and Prepared on how to respond! The weather, while wet, continues to be wonderfully cool, and Scouts are exhibiting great Spirit. Slushy sales at the Trading Post are through the roof! We will try to continue to post pictures. Don't tell the Scouts, but we are planning to suprise them Wednesday evening with some watermellon and maybe homemade icecream. They are all doing great. - Reed
